By using Fidel (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Operalytics Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
2. The Service
Fidel provides a loyalty card platform that enables businesses to issue Apple Wallet passes to their customers. Access to the platform is subject to a subscription plan as described on our pricing page.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Reverse-engineer or misuse any part of the platform
- Upload content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operalytics Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
