Operalytics Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through the Fidel platform and website. We are subject to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your rights under UK GDPR

• Right to rectification — You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — You can ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer have a lawful basis to keep it.
• Right to restriction — You can ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability — You can ask for your data in a machine-readable format to transfer to another service.
• Right to object — You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
• Right to withdraw consent — Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

International transfers

We store and process data within the UK and EEA. Where any transfer outside these regions is necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Right to complain

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
